An independent panel of operators, researchers and educators. They sit outside any school on these lists. Their brief is to test published evidence — board results, national ranking positions, entrance records — not to represent an institution.

Each panelist is listed with the role and training they actually hold. The 2026 edition was read against the five criteria on the methodology page. Where a figure originates with a school, it is attributed. Where a national position exists, it is shown in the table.
